This game cannot be built on PC w/o writing some extremely advanced requirements which wouldn't work well on today's PCs.
Major Requirements:
- Artificial Interactive Intelligence (can't be done w/o a massive server and a much more effective network interface)
Minor Requirements:
- Dynamic Sound (bases sound effects off material structure (the GPU needs a sound processor for decent generation))
this game could possibly be done using current standards but would have to be lowered in quality from what's intended,
and would require some of the most high-end technology for the desired effects.
(I can't promise a good frame-rate, even if done right)
^this is said using the dynamic standards, rather than the static standards of todays games.
About the game:
You play as an early-teenage boy (slightly toon-ish) who stumbles across a large computerized remote controller in a corrupt world full of baddies with a plot against anyone who gets in their way.
This controller gives him (or you) the ability to project and control character to obliterate anything in your path, or aid you in stopping these baddies and help you take down their leader.
At the start, you can only control one of 3 characters, but you can roam cities and pick up new characters to help you by raiding shops.
Besides characters, you can also pick up expansions for your controller to make your characters stronger or smarter, and allow you to use multiple characters to get you past obstacles or help you win large fights.
There's alot to collect and explore on your adventure and many characters can help you in many different ways.
Just try not to get captured or killed. ;)
